July 18, 2021 - Tasty Chardonnay but too much wood (15 months) in my opinion which gives it a musty taste. Reminds me of great Burgund Chardonnays.

May 14, 2021 - Online Blind Tasting: Limestone soil - Riesling and Chardonnay: Wine was filled into 0,1l bottle three days before. Tasting note is based on ~ 5cl tasted blind and ~ 5cl the day after.
    Glass: Zalto Universal
Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium developing nose. Herbaceous, some green/stem notes, nettles, warm fruit, light toasting. Quite dense and deep.
Dry with some extract sweetness, medium+ acidity. 14% abv. On day one a bit hot on day two way better integrated. Medium+ body. Green notes, zesty notes, noticeable toasting, but not too much, fine ripe pear, lots of crushed stones. Round, good pressure, beautiful texture, depth. Long, herbaceous finish with fine toasting notes. Still very young. On day around 90-91 on day two 92+. Potential for 5+ years.
