September 24, 2019 - Still pretty tight, took a while to open up. Finally opened up for the last glass of the night, which was far and away the best. Dark fruit great structure. paired pretty well with my Filet Mignon

May 2, 2019 - Tons of potential, so rating on that, not enjoyment today. Nice dark fruit, but just a wall of strong tannins at this stage. Had the acidity to age, so should be a good one in 5 years. Wish I had another bottle.
