April 22, 2017 - Appropriately sweet with a little botrytis character. A very nice closer to dinner. Paired with a citrus/Marcona almond cake.

January 15, 2017 - Nose of petrol and rubber hose. Color is gold. Sweet and sour honey upfront alongside a medium to long finish with a buttery nuttiness. High viscosity and thickish mouthfeel. Still has nice acidity to it. I believe that this can still afford more time as I think the acid will hold up and help to integrate the sugars better. An enjoyable experience now but this might yet improve in time.
