September 21, 2020 - Let me start by stating that I love older wine. A 15 year old Pinot Noir wine is right up my ally. This is almost orange on the rim in color hmm....... it so tempting. In mouth it is aged cherry kirsch and lots of sedate acidity which is very very muted. Finish is wonderful balanced and the fruit is mostly cherry kirsch.

Frankly you need to appriciate these rare notes present in older wine.

January 31, 2013 - redish orange in color. smoke, cherry, oak, wet stone on the nose. cherry, cola, clove, spice, cedar, chocolate on the palate. appealing acid on the finish.

December 1, 2012 - Medium-light garnet color. The nose has some light cranberry and a little wood. Medium-light palate. There's nothing wrong with this bottle , but there's not much going on. Might be just over the hill.
