Nose: Lemon zest, orange flower, just a hint of spice.
Mouth: Fresh lemon pith and hint of creme with slate streak down the middle is touched off in the end with a very slight spice. Clean, zesty acid through the middle finishes a bit chalky in texture on the drydown.
Overall: Easy drinking and well balanced. Quality general is the key here, a fine example of the grape that doesn't partake in any part of its lesser reputation. 100% Pinot Grigio.

May 12, 2018 - The dry wine looks light gold colored. It smells like apple and peach. It tastes like lemon, apple, pear and mineral.

June 25, 2017 - Drank at Carbone's in Dallas off the menu. Nice and light, and not too sweet. Paired well with calamari and Caesar salad.
