March 29, 2023 - Drinking very well at the moment, and was surprisingly open from the pop and pour. It's still very lean, but the fruit has started to come around, and make itself present. There's some oak, but it's not fatty or buttery, but instead shapes this phony Chablis into a whole. There's such a refreshing, piercing acidity along with oyster shells, an explosion of citrus and just a touch of oak.

This would have been killer with a dozen oysters! I see no rush to drink this, but I also don't know if it will improve further.

July 26, 2022 - Light and crisp though not chablis-crisp; it seems like oak treatment is there.

April 9, 2020 - Certainly a very nice bottle of wine, but somewhat less than I had anticipated - solid, safe, decent - far less interesting than when I drank this vintage some years earlier.

    Rated +1 on a scale of -1 to +3.

October 9, 2019 - Drank very well with wifey’s Chicken in cream and mushroom sauce. A real elegance to this, avoiding any sign of hot alcohol in the mouth.
