  October 25, 2022 - A nice end to the vintage. Golden in color. Paired well with stir fry in an asian peanut sauce with lime, ginger, maple syrup.

  April 25, 2022 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined and refrigerated), note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of canned pears, apricot, sour apple, and saline with subtle licorice notes. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium+ body, 14.4% abv, medium+ intensity with developing flavors of red apple, apricot, flint, and nutmeg with a medium+ finish. Overall this bottle is very good excelling in complexity and length, the balance is off a bit with the tart fruit and high acid dominating. Still enjoyable, but quite different than my previous experience.

  February 22, 2022 - Somewhat disappointed with this bottle as lime was front and center tonight. The last glass was more in the 91 point neighborhood, but this may still need time.
