March 15, 2021 - Popped and poured. Nose of blackberry, white pepper and bramble. Ripe blackberry, black plum, pepper, spice and soft tannins on the palate. Finishes with good persistence. Full bodied. Excellent QPR. Served with bison bratwurst.
