April 10, 2020 - Great perfume on the nose, pretty red cherries and sweet fruit that is the only betrayal of the 15% alcohol level. Elegant but with some bitter tannins on the finish to bring you back to Italy. No reason to hold this any longer.

February 24, 2019 - Wow! What a wine. Drinking perfectly. Maybe even better than the Brunello which I had at a restaurant a week ago. Medium bodied and absolutely lovely.

February 3, 2019 - This was quite the best of the 3 bottles I drank. Sweet and delicious and full of red cherry flavors with just a bit of earthiness. It isn't overly complex, so I can't say it compares to the true Sangiovese wines made here, but it is a nicely made young drinking wine and worth the slightly higher rate than the general IGT blend from this area. I think it is a drink soon for what it is showing and hold the Brunello's.
