June 10, 2023 - Opened at 5:00pm and let it breath in bottle to serve with main course at 8:00pm. I thought 3 hours of slow-ox did the wine well as it felt less harsh and astringent compared to when I first opened it. The appearance of the wine was brownish red with a wide rim. The taste was acidic at first but with some breathing, the wine mellowed out with notes of red fruit, cherry, plum, black tea, and salinity. Enjoyable with food but I thought there was no excitement. Drink now.

May 15, 2023 - Cerises acidulés, herbes seches, bonne acidite, manque un peu d’eclat et de fruit. Toutefois passe bien avec la nourriture, et a un cote plus feminin/ limite nebbiolo. La prochaine dans 3-5 ans

February 23, 2023 - colour is a darker brick red. profile is definitely more on the feminine side. nose is herbal, soy, mushroom, orange rind, sour cherry. the palate is surprisingly good for me, has all kinds of interest, definitely more savoury, slightly saline, just the right level of sprightly acid, very silky, nice viscosity on the tongue. there's a curious sweet note that emerges mid-palate. and gentle tannin wraps everything up nicely with a sustained saline note on the long finish. this seems to be absolutely peaking. 92+

October 14, 2022 - Blood orange, balsamic and mineral flavors followed by black olive. Lacks ripe fruits. Drink now I guess.

December 26, 2021 - Too much acidity and something is clearly missing, not bad but not as good as i expected
