April 3, 2023 - My last of 12 bottles. This wine seems opening up just now: quite lively fruit and almost resolved tannins. 87-88.

April 9, 2022 - Clearly raspberry in the taste. Still unresolved tannins, be it less noticeable with food. Like with so many Burgundy 2015 (and Bordeaux 2009), I doubt whether these tannins will ever really resolve. Should these wines be kept for a longer time? 88.

February 28, 2022 - A full, juicy, fruity Burgundy. At the first day not the bitter-rough tannins I have noticed with earlier bottles, probably because we had meat with it. But at the second twith vegetarian food they appeared again. At the first day 88.

August 21, 2021 - Decanted for about three hours. Just after decanting plum in the nose. In the taste also cherry-notes. Most prominent were the rather heavy, massive tannins. They still are resolving, which gave a certain sweetness in the taste in this phase. Probably they will add secondary/tertiary flavours to the taste. I am curious whether they will add to the quality as well before the fruit will disappear. Because they are not well intergrated yet: for now 87-88.

April 18, 2021 - At the first day quite bitter, like the wine was flaw. To my big surrpise at the sixth day much more open en drinkable. At the eigths day there was aganin that bitter, flaw-ish note, in the taste, but with food it was quite fruity (sweet cherry). In the nose rather good sous-bois. Altogether less good than expected. I am curious how the next bottle weill be. 85

August 31, 2020 - Nice fruit and some interesting depth in this wine. Also still fine, slightly drying tannins. Good concentration and acidity. Well drinkable and a bit classy right now, but with some potential to develop further with keeping. 88(-89).

February 5, 2020 - Nose: good fruit, some underbrush and spices. Taste: followed the nose. With a structure, that was not already well integrated, but holds good promise for the future. Developping well, but still young. Keep it for a half or one year. For now 87, potentially 88+.

January 28, 2019 - Nose: raspberry, mushrooms, some underbrush and clear roasted bread. Taste: quite powerful, full. The fruit (red cherries) was a bit sweet. Quite prominent acidity, still some astringent tannins. This wine has developed well since one year, but it will not be fully mature before at least one year of cellaring. Very attractive when drunk with food. 88(-89).

May 22, 2018 - Second bottle of this wine. Less impressive than one year ago. Due to bottle variation, the conditions for keeping (a bit to warm in summer?) or phase of aging (closing down)? For me this wine needs half a year more cellaring. Still attractive. At the first day 88, the third day 87-88.
