March 3, 2022 - Antonin Guyon 2015 Zoom tasting. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour with thin garnet rim. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of ripe red cherries, red spice, licorice, stony minerality and earth. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, soft medium- tannins, medium- alcohol, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of stony minerality, ripe dark red cherries, juicy red plum, licorice, integrated nutty oak with spices, background tea leaves and emerging earth. Long juicy finish.
Very good quality. Entering a good window to enjoy.

November 24, 2020 - Slightly tight the first night and faded the second.

October 4, 2019 - With one hour decant it was tight in the finish but showing lots of potential. On the second day much more expressive but still only showing a glimpse of its potential. Holding for a a few years before opening the next bottle

June 11, 2018 - Spice, Touch of stem but well. Done. Not over done. Super pretty. Palate is certainly denser than the savigny with a bit more power but still silky.
