  September 5, 2020 - Decided to make some frose with the 1.5L bottle, so grabbed a taste before the rest of it went into the freezer. A fitting end for what was supposed to be an outdoor birthday picnic wine.
  
  Overripe raspberries, dark cherries, white flower. Short body, sharp acidity throughout the finish, ends with orange pith. Flavor profile opens up as it gets warmer, giving it a chewiness. Medium-minus intensity, medium-plus acidity. Okay to pair with food, but I would mainly drink this in a solo cup on the porch and not be too serious about it.

  February 22, 2018 - Pale pink. Citrus and strawberry nose, on the palate strawberries, round mouthfeel, citrus finish. Decent rose, lacking the crispness of youth. Tasty nonetheless. A perfectly fine, inexpensive rose for everyday use. I could buy more of this, but I want to try the '17 vintage first.
