March 16, 2024 - Great from split. Easy to drink with bright and brisk green apples, yello citrus, chalk and florals on the nose and palate. Lovely starter champagne.

September 22, 2023 - Loire valley (and a little Champagne); 9/14/2023-9/22/2023: From open 75cl at DV cellar door. This bottle a mix of 2017, 18 and 19 from 3 different sites in Cuis and Épernay. No oak, 3g dosage, bottled 2020 and degorged January 2023. Tiny bubbles, but quite a lot of pressure; very austere and closed on the nose; ultra-bone dry entry; austere, „chalky“ white fruit and a hint of apple on the mid–palate (although apparently this went through malo). Tough to like now, but surely much better after a couple of years sideways. 87P+(?)

September 3, 2023 - Dataless label other than BdB - pale yellow - lemon curd spead thickly on a fresh thin baked biscuit with a mint leaf

July 31, 2023 - Solid QPR on an entry level bottling. On the weightier side of a BdB vs. laser beam focus. No complaints for $35/btl.

March 21, 2023 - Solid bdb champagne. On the opposite spectrum of Bollinger. High acidity, lively fruits, no toasty note. Ok finish.

February 18, 2023 - Delicious! Enough acidity and complexity to be interesting, and the low dosage rounds the edges off to keep it from being too aggressive. Great wine to keep around.

January 8, 2023 - Lone bottle found in a local retail store several months ago. No disgorgement date on label. Crystalline pale gold color. Nose of ginger, apple core, lemon peel, grapefruit. Effervescent layers of pure apple and white citrus fruit cut with biscuit, white stone, and satisfying sweet saline on the palate. Long finish of grapefruit and granny apple. Really delicious! Opened to celebrate the Seahawks reaching the playoffs.
