August 16, 2019 - Consistent with previous bottle. Definitely has a saline, mineral type streak with tart citrus flavors. A bit of apple and elderflower as well. Barely any noticeable oak in sight. Plenty of acid but still rounds out a little on the finish. Very good chardonnay.

May 17, 2019 - Saline and crisp. Very good now and plenty of life.

Great shellfish chardonnay. Plenty of zip to keep up with Sauv Blanc
