March 19, 2005 - Light yellow with maybe a tinge of green in color, with a strong sharp and well dileneated nose of citrus and some stone like minerality. Bright and rounded texture, with a little twang on entry and an acidity that seems balanced, not overwhelming, and just right for food. Good stuff.
