Nose: medium(-) intensity, secondary, developing. Redcurrant, cranberry, blackcurrant. Blackcurrant leaf? Pencil shavings, cigar box. Touch of earth.
Palate: dry, medium tannins, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium bodied. Medium length finish, medium intensity. Redcurrant, cranberry, blackcurrant. Blackcurrant leaf? Tobacco leaf? Pencil shavings, cigar box. Touch of earth.
Conclusions: good to very good. Can drink now, but suitable for further ageing.

September 26, 2020 - God frukt i nesa og god fylde med en ok avslutning. Kan med fordel ligge noen år til i kjelleren. Gikk veldig bra til confit de Canard, men trengte fettet i andelårene og den kremete rødvinssausen. NB! Må siles og dekanteres.
