May 9, 2018 - Quite a full flavored rose', even robust. More red-fruited than most rosé. Paired well with smoky Brisket and ribs. The fruit is lush and spicy, and with higher alcohol, than the Tavel rose's that inspire it. Notes of pepper, plum, cinnamon, cranberry.

December 19, 2017 - I am not much of a rose drinker, but this wine is a wonderful cross between the fruit and acidity of nice white wine and the depth and character of a red wine. A real winner, again, from TCV.

December 16, 2017 - Very nice rose. Good acidity, but not just acid and that's it. Strawberry on the nose, full body, long finish, good structure.

October 28, 2017 - Uncorked — er, unscrewed — after a day of tasting at Turley. (Tasting notes to come.) This is the complete package. Whereas others produce rose’ as an afterthought, TC is purposeful in having this stand on its own feet — uh, legs. Full bodied for a rose’. The Mourvèdre takes the spotlight, providing great body and texture. Pretty copper hue. A boatload of freshly picked strawberries, gooseberries and white grapes in each sip, with an underlying minerality. Great texture on the palate, and a refreshing lingering finish. (= Outstanding)

October 14, 2017 - Opened last night, and has developed even more. A very pretty wine, with a very dark pink appearance; almost resembles communion wine, or at least how I remember that wine the last time I had it circa 1975. Actually has some fairly impressive legs, too. Sooooo, overall, gorgeous to look at. Doesn't disappoint in nose or mouth either. Crushed roses and strawberry aromas, and well-balanced strawberry fruit flavors that seem to build and build on the palate. Finishes clean and pretty. Hard to ask for more in a rose. 5-12-16-9: 92/100.
