September 5, 2019 - Good darkish Pinot color. Lots of forest floor along with cherry on the nose. Earth, forest floor and bright cherry on the palate. This seems young and undeveloped. Hopefully will add more impressions of this in the next day or two. Excellent, seemingly with room for improvement.
On day 3 getting same notes with some added spice on the palate. Fruit is very pure in the manner of a good Bourgogne in a riper year but the spice adds a really nice dimension. Tonight maybe rates for a point of improvement, but leaving score as is for now.

August 28, 2017 - More red fruited than the Silvershot I had a few days ago. A hint of cola. Definite brown spices. Great acidity. Same silky mouth feel. Great QPR.
