July 11, 2019 - I started looking for the classic HA olive finish. I was surprised to find oak, coupled with apple at the end. Silky texture, big fruit at the front palette, and a bottle of wine that strangely reminds me of apple pie.

October 25, 2017 - Decanted for approximately 90 minutes. Aromas of black fruit. Incredibly silky mouthfeel. Tannins definitely present but not overpowering. Long smooth finish. Fantastic wine that will only improve with cellar time. Very impressive for such a young wine. Will drink another bottle 5 - 10 years from now to see how it’s progressing.
