August 15, 2022 - A year ago this was fine but 2 oxidised bottles this week. Prolly better to drink this younger.

January 29, 2021 - Golden and starbright. Spiced and ripe nose of pineapple, brown pear, ginger, and anise. Full bodied, beer foam and creamy malolactic fermentation, with a stony somewhat crunchy phenolic backend. Lemon cream, vanilla, anise candy, very ripe palate, adding cantaloupe and even meringue. Oak is apparent here. One could call this off dry, in fact. Long anise, junmai daiginjo sake-like finish- that’s it exactly, in fact.

December 28, 2020 - Delicious white burgundy with great acidity and beautiful texture. Aged very nicely and would compare favourably to more expensive appellations.
