February 2, 2017 - Fattoria Mancini - Pesaro: Light golden yellow, with a good consistence.
Intense, complex and fine at nose. Wood notes at the beginning: Vanilla, wet wood and fumè clues; then sweet notes: sunflower's honey, acacia flowers. Alcohol and mineral hints.
Dry, alcoholic (13,5%), rounded. Intense and persistent. good body. Nice acidity and minerality, well balanced by alcohol and structure.
