March 18, 2022 - Very solid wine. Starting to come into its own aromatically and offer more. Wonderful texture with good energy and a kiss of generosity to keep the acid honest.

July 25, 2021 - This is coming along nicely. Lemon, daisy, and a bit of sunshine. Very nice.

October 11, 2020 - This was delicious, consumed over two days. Initially, too citrusy, but calmed down soon after opening. Nasturtiums and granite. Beautiful acidity that offset the cheese I ate with the wine. Second day, added pear flavor. Nicely balanced, overall.

August 20, 2020 - Second of 2 bottles. TN based on 2 days of tasting. Yellow gold, excellent clarity. Rim variation consistent with age; medium to fast legs. Aromas are fruit and white flower dominant: lemon, honeysuckle, green apple, apricot, melon. Definite honey, wax/lanolin, ginger. Hints of slate and granite. By Day 2, ginger, melon, honey, lanolin were gone but pear joined in. By Day 2, finish came to an abrupt ending well before mid-palate. Aromas were intense to the extent that palate was a letdown. Overall impression: varietally correct in some ways, disappointing in others. Good to 2020. At $32 with tax and shipping, QPR is below average. Rated 85 largely due to Day 1. Will avoid future vintages.
