April 15, 2015 - Bad - ok entry, bad on finish
October 8, 2014 - Still drinking well. Raspberry and vanilla on opening, almost dessert wine like. After a bit, more traditional leather and smokey notes. Needed a good roast beef.
June 2, 2013 - Very little tannins. Drink now. Bits of tobacco and minty finish, but blueberries dominate. Just good by itself, but the lack of tannins means pairing is difficult.
December 24, 2011 - Just a uniformly high-quality Cali Cab. Worked well with a beef roast, but also fine for sipping alone. Still going strong, wish I had more!
May 26, 2011 - Heavier than the zin. 5min decant. we will see.

June 13, 2009 - nose of earth, licorice, red fruit, with some medicininess
on the palate raspberry, mocha, licorice on the mid-palate, with medicinal-minty notes
smooth, velvety mouthfeel, and soft tannins
March 16, 2009 - Very enjoyable fruit forward cab. Candied cherry and red fruit aromas on the nose. Cherry, plum and cherry cola flavors on the palate with just a touch of oak. Subdued tannins with medium acidity. Smooth mouthfeel and finish, although short. A very drinkable cab which should be consumed in the short term if you have any.
August 11, 2008 - Nice fruit-forward lighter cab. Some tannins on the tongue but just enough to add a little attitude to the wine. Opened up nicely after 15 minutes. Not a deep in-your-face cab but more subtle. Very drinkable!
