  August 19, 2018 - This is packed with dark cherry fruit in a medium bodied, firm and balanced style. Not the big, ripe La Crema RRV or Hobbs or Hansel big cola/sassafras explosive style, but more along the lines of CP Stanley Ranch in its better days. The intensity of flavor and the underlying structure and bonded acidity propel this to a clean, dry, palate cleansing finish--perfect for grilled white meats, or even a filet mignon. No rush on this one, it is packed and will improve over the next few years or more.

  December 24, 2017 - Ripe cherry, cola, river rock, baked lemon and red dirt. A medium finish and a pretty presence. Drink now - 2022.
