April 1, 2022 - Super Pinot from Jura - strawberry, cheery, smoky, crushed stones on the nose! Finish of Asian Pandan - very unique! Hints of CO2 Beautifully complex - long finish - great fun now and the next 5 yrs at least!

September 27, 2020 - Gorgeous Pinot nose with notes of strawberries, red cherries, and blood orange. Well structured, with good acidity and tart berry, a hint of cedar, red fruit, thyme, and orange zest flavors on the palate. Long finish. Excellent wine. Quite young, but drinking beautifully. Would love to know how this turns out in 10 years or so.

June 10, 2020 - No time to drink on the day I popped it. Overnight air in bottle under vacuum seal. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is not clear, pale intensity, ruby colour, with slight fine cloudiness. Thin legs.
Nose is not clean, with aromas of funky soil earth that blows off with swirling, strawberries, light red cherries, rose petals, and hint of bretty animal. Developed.
On the palate, dry, juicy high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), lightish medium- tannins, medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of pretty red cherries, light strawberries, fallen flower petals, soil and earth, and just a nice touch of bretty animal leather. Medium finish.
Good quality. Natural but acceptable for me. Light easy drinking style. Nothing too serious here. Doesn't require more ageing. -

April 9, 2020 - Flamboyant aromas of strawberry, black pepper, undertones of black plum, a hint of dry evergreen forest. On the palate a counterpoint between bright spritzy acids at the front and sides and deeply charged pure aromatic fruit at the back with a lovely sweet concentrated residue on the final sip. Excellent with pan fried shell on shrimp with garlic, hot pepper, and rosemary.
