November 14, 2018 - A very pure and focused wine. Seems ready to drink now with some air and with food. Crushed rocks, cherry on the nose. Beautifully integrated and balanced on the palate. Nice long finish

July 15, 2018 - We poured in glasses and left for 5 hours. Had with filet mignon Still tight. Opened up and was better with food. At end had with some chocolate
Looking forward to this wine three years from now
