August 12, 2020 - Just denna är 50% chardonnay och 50% pinot noir och är gjord på druvor från 07, 08 och 09. Dosagen är på 6 g, den har legat i över åtta år och flaskan är deggad i november 2018. Totalt har 13279 flaskor tillverkats.
Fräsch doft som är mer åt det blommiga hållet än det fruktiga, det känns somrigt. Med tid så blir det mer parfymerat.
Smaken är vid första zippen intetsägande enligt min fru men jag håller inte med och fick en association till Ahlgrens bilar. Vid andra zippen finns det fortfarande lite bilar men sen är det borta. Aldrig känt tidigare och undrar om jag inbillade mig, haha. Fruktigheten kommer fram efter en stund med bl.a. gröna äpplen och även krusbär. Det finns en syra där som märks men ändå är bra integrerad. Hela vinet känns bra balanserat. Flera timmar efter öppning så är det fortfarande påtagligt bubbligt i munnen. Vi skulle säga att det här är en elegant och lättdrucken champagne som vi verkligen gillar. -

February 29, 2020 - Dinner at JB Ah Meng (JB Ah Meng, Geylang, Singapore): Decently good. This was a blend of 2006, 2007 and 2008 vintages. The nose showed notes of sweet lemons, red apples and a hint of yeast. On the palate, there was a nice freshness, with a crunch of sweet Fuji apples with a little hint of oxidative white meat and brown pears notes, ringed with a touch of honeyed lemons. The finish had a nice touch of mineral on it, all riding along a bed of bright acid and an energetic mousse.

October 24, 2018 - Severely oxidized...almost like sherry. Run of bad bottles from Spectrum Auctions. They don't stand behind their stated provenance. Buyer beware!

It was the start in an epic 88 Tasting. Not blind.
Fresh, Toffee, some mint, milk chocolate but still a lot of lime zest, a little bit too warm served, greatly balanced. At his peak. 93
