April 27, 2024 - After 5 years in my cellar, I taste my last bottle from this vintage. Beautiful tears in a cup. Aromas of red fruits with touches of chocolate. Leather, wood. Typical amarone. Refined palate. Long and persistent finish.
January 5, 2024 - A little raisiny, and starting to show brick color. Was tasty though.
April 2, 2023 - This is a great bottle, intense, yet silky smooth, low tannin and flavours of figs and cherries and maybe some spices like cinnamon.
February 13, 2023 - Decanted and drank 30 min later. Big fruit but a little bite at the beginning. Fruit mellows out over the next hour or so. Others really liked it.
December 25, 2022 - Quite delicious, rich and expansive. Drinking well now.
June 29, 2022 - mmmmm smooth. In a good place right now.
June 11, 2022 - What a lovely Amarone. Brick garnet core with obvious aging bricking rims at its edges. Nose: aromatic bouquet filled with dark raisins, dried figs, stewed dark berries, creme brulee & cedar. Palate: bold, med + acidity with silky smooth tannins. Plenty of baked fruit tart & baking spices with a velvety semi-dry finish. So glad to be re-acquainted with this since the 2010 vintage. Tq Vivino for reminding me!
May 14, 2022 - romrussin, körsbär och mörk choklad
November 26, 2021 - Drinking very well right now (11/2021) in the bottle format. Blackberry notes underlaid by slight hint if straw
November 21, 2021 - Great wine. Decanted and drank. Very nice dried fruit flavors.
