  March 16, 2022 - Dark ruby. Abundant aromas of dark berries, graphite, green peppers, and chocolate, all in primary colors. Penetrating blackberry fruit on the palate, sweet and juicy, welded frame of strong acids and tannins, long finish. A lovely food wine that wraps itself around roast chicken, butter green beans, salad greens with croutons in a delicious vinaigrette.

  January 15, 2021 - Wonderful Cabernet typicity. Terrific traditionally styled California Cab from a venerable and outstanding vineyard. Extremely enjoyable and will only improve over the next decade or more.

  April 29, 2020 - 14.5% abv. Dark ruby, very aromatic. Ripe plum, graphite, dark chocolate and some mint in the finish. Excellent depth and length and the tannic structure indicates years of improvement ahead. Appears to be just now entering its drinking window - drink or hold.
