March 17, 2024 - A nice surprise, given a 90+ min decant, showing fairly bright, tart red fruit (raspberry, cranberry), nice acidity & structure. Medium finish. Even better on day 2.

January 18, 2024 - Quite unbalanced on cork pull with very pronounced tannins. Needed 60-90 min to soften up but was still a bit edgy.

December 26, 2023 - Really nice bottle with Christmas Wellington, and was better than our similar tasting two years ago (4 hour decant). This was softer overall but still had enough structure to lead me to believe it will still be in its prime for another two years. Alas, this was my last bottle so I will never know.

October 2, 2022 - Agree with other review, still very tannic, kind of surprising for a Cab Franc, enjoyed this wine but I bet it could stand to have a few more years in the bottle.

December 26, 2021 - Was still very tannic on opening but softened a lot after a four hour decant. Was excellent with a very nice filet
