  June 14, 2021 - Deep inky purple in the glass, almost black. Aromatic nose of bruised black fruits and wet stone. Intense fruit and firm tannic structure with a strong mineral backbone. Long sweet and tart finish. Very enjoyable Franc, in good years, one of my favorite Duckhorns.

  May 31, 2020 - Not crazy about cab Franc, but this was really pretty good. Dark and bold, medium to heavy tannins but lots of flavor. Very drinkable.

  March 19, 2020 - Bold red cherry and floral aromatics. Medium-full-bodied, dark purple in color. Spice, oak and black cherry flavors. Need to decant for at least 4 hours.

  October 6, 2017 - Medium ruby color with fast legs. True to the description on the bottle aromas of dark cherry, red currant and tobacco leaf. Silky finish with medium tannins and some sour notes.
