February 17, 2019 - Just a great wine and one of the best from Paso.

March 30, 2018 - Beautiful wine and just a great example of a plush GSM with great depth and structure. Will age well but so great now it will be hard to wait.

October 3, 2017 - 15.8% abv. Huge viscous wine in the glass, dark purple, lightens at rim. Touch of alcohol on the nose, closed up after opening. Boysenberry, red meat with spice rub, toast, hints of seaside salty kelp, rich cedar. In the mouth, lots of weight, tannins throughout the mouth, but not bitter or overpowering, just signals the pleasure to come. Pan drippings, deep dark fruit, hoisin sauce, charcoal, turns to sweet goodness. Very, very impressed. Reminds me a lot of Herman Story with slightly more structure for aging.

September 6, 2017 - All I can say is this is really good, so very well balanced. I bought 6 bottles of Torrin and have started drinking them early, like wow, Even though I thought they might be too young, I probably won't wait on my last bottles. I will continue to buy! so few notes on their wines, but give them a try.
