June 3, 2018 - Hazy yellow-gold color due to it being unfiltered. Intense nose of ripe apple, mango, papaya, candied pear and orange. Honeysuckle with a hint of baking spices and vanilla. You get a sense of the creaminess on the nose. On the palate, sour orange, almost like a fancy SunnyD. Candied tree fruit, some minerality but a long creamy finish. A great salinity and acidity help balance the wine perfectly. High acidity, medium plus body. Beautifully crafted.
