June 6, 2017 - Mature Premier & Grand Cru Chablis with Richard Brazier (Handford Wines, London): Side by side with the 2008 (Papies 92 albeit on the youthful side while this 2005 felt bang on the money)
Still very youthful in color!. Firm acidity but very polished and elegant with a round feel and quite inviting at this stage. Nice depth, good balance, and a bit of mineral finish. Very good wine and feel right to be enjoyed now albeit still has a lot of life in it. 93

July 31, 2015 - Half bottle. This was great. Started with a tropical nose, pineapple perhaps, but evolved into pear and bruised apple. But there was more going on, a nice oxidative touch, some herbalness like fennel, and a Chablis sea/saline note. The palate was similar with some additional minerality. The nose was bigger and fruiter than you might expect for a Chablis, say compared to a recent 2004 Fevre Les Clos. Perhaps that's 2005 coming through.

September 28, 2014 - Beautiful nose, minerality and sulfur and some funk; some subtle liquorice as well. Palate is earthy, good acidity and a nice finish.
