March 12, 2022 - For the price, better than I can get at my grocery store. Okay with leftover dinner, but still not a fan.

December 18, 2021 - Same basic review as before. Sangria, hot dogs, cooking. This actually wasn’t bad with the stew we used it in, but I still opened a different bottle to finish the meal.

October 13, 2021 - ok - lighter bodied, with a light cranberry color to it. I little thin on the palate, with sweet strawberry/raspberry notes. Not my style of pinot, per se, but I can see others enjoying it. Thinking our last bottle may become sangria. . .

November 18, 2020 - (Date apprx.) Drinkable, but well below average. Was able to give a few ounces a try over a half hour or so. There was nothing so "off" about it to make me think it couldn't be a cooking wine, so that was tried and it worked without imparting any synthetic / chemical or other bad tastes. In fact, it worked well. So I'm pulling my other couple of bottles of this bad purchase and will use them for cooking as well.

I will, of course, give them each a taste before using them. If for some reason another bottle seems to be drink-worthy, I'll note it.

It is odd for me to both times score this in the 70's while the CT average is around 87. I'm a pretty conservative CT scorer (I actually use the CT scale, absolute, not adjusted for QPR) and oftentimes find myself really liking a very good wine, giving it an '89' (because that is on the high end of "very good"), and seeing others make "meh-ish" comments like "good enough for a weeknight, but nothing noteworthy" followed by a '92'.
