January 27, 2006 - Pleasant, but average, Vouvray. Little to no nose.

January 18, 2006 - This is a great food wine. The wine was a perfect companion to poached halibut and orange glazed carrots. The aromas of apple/pears and hints of honey were a wonderful invitation to taste. And the taste did not disappoint. Juicy crisp pears/apples and some ripe melon in a light elegant body fills the mouth. However, the long crisp finish sets this wine apart from most other wines because it lingers on and on and on! This wine is one of those wines that just makes you want to come back for more. If you have this wine, open and enjoy.

    April 11, 2005 - Thursday, November 25, 2004 ok, wine. Used as a lead into t-day dinner.
Monday, April 11, 2005 The wife needs a 1/4 cup of wine for the sauce. Aw, what the heck, might as well drink the rest of the bottle. A nose of honeysuckle and honey with similar high tones on the palate. A solid midpalate of mineral, lemon grass with some apricot (or perhaps mango per the spousal unit.) Light and crisp with good acidity gripping on the finish. Delightful, yet simple wine. 12.5% alc. With sauteed chicken breast in a white wine & tarragon cream sauce.

February 4, 2004 - Blind Frenchie's at Momo's: Blind white 1 - Funky corked smelling nose - glue and rubber. Sweetish palate with waxy tropical fruit. Seems like a Chenin Blanc. Eh.
