The palate offers similar flavors but is disappointingly flat. Not much fruit to speak of in either area. Definitely past its prime and going down hill.

  January 22, 2021 - Fairly consistent with prior note. Seems like this has edged over the top and is on the downside of its life. More stewed fruit, etc. Enjoyable but clearly past peak. Drink now.

  December 23, 2020 - Great wine, very ripe with tasty fruit. Maybe a bit stewed, but that is splitting hairs. Enjoyed this one. Black raspberry and plum fruit, nice floral notes, white pepper. Drink near term I think.
