Community Tasting Notes 1

April 2, 2021 - This a striking wine. The first time I've had a Cour-Cheverny / Romorantin grape wine. It had both aromas and palate flavors of pomegranite syrup (~ grenadine) which seemed a bit bizarre from a normal looking white wine, but kinda fun. The wine tasted like it had had a touch of oxidation to me too. Unusual wine, but not particularly yummy.
