December 1, 2023 - Clear pale ruby; clean medium nose of soil, red cherries, wood and vegetal; dry; medium plus acidity; low tannins; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of mint and fennel; medium plus to long finish; drinking well - not sure it will improve; delicious but simple

January 18, 2023 - Can't tell if this is slightly flawed or just not my thing.

Light ruby. Nose is mineral with some light red cherry; some crushed rock, and fresh cut sawdust. Palate is red-fruited with a light sweetness to it. Strawberries. Some decent extraction here but could use some more weight and density. Some slightly off flavors on the palate.

My opinion of this wine faded a bit with each passing swallow. Would drink up.

August 15, 2022 - 2 bottles opened. One was clearly a bad bottle - highly oxidized and completely undrinkable. The other was meh and probably heading the same as the first. Both went down the drain :-(

August 30, 2021 - This bottle was not what I expected and not in line with other folks' notes so far.

Somewhat mature dark (not red) fruit with quite a lot of earthiness. Medium-bodied. A little bit flabby. Not sure what I would have guessed blind. Would probably be a good match for a mushroom-based dish. Weird wine (or at least a weird bottle). I have another and will plan to open it within the next year or two to see whether it is different or similar.

December 4, 2020 - Wonderful, and welcome, pomegranate in a glass! These have been all over the place, from flawed or barely drinkable up to this fitting level. Drink now to avoid future disappointment.
