  January 16, 2019 - Bone dry with big rich, zesty flavor up front that ends in a long finish of limestone minerality. Very tasty. I like this better than most champagne.

  February 13, 2018 - Italian Wine Scholar at the Texas Wine School. 100% Nebbiolo, which spends a remarkable 36 months aging on the lees. Pale lemon in color. The nose is clean, with aromas of yeast, yellow apple, strawberry, white flowers. The palate is dry, with high acidity and medium alcohol (13%). This wine shows plenty of tension, with medium (+) flavor intensity and a slightly bitter, mineral-laden finish.

  March 12, 2017 - This is something unique: A sparkling white Nebbiolo. Yeast on the nose; on the palate, yellow apple cider and notes of flowers, yeast, and minerals on the medium finish, with strong acidity and a fine bubble. It would be interesting to put this up against a bottle of cheap Champagne to compare and contrast; this is better than most Champagnes at the same price point. Good value for a bit under $30.
