  July 1, 2017 - Middag med Hélène hemma hos C+H (Älvsjö, Stockholm): A bit odd for a 2008 showing raisins and mature apples. Fruitful and round palate with a fresh acidity and a creamy mousse and lime peel on the finish. The finish is good, but there's still an odd taste on the palate that is disturbing. Probably best to drink in its youth between 2018-2023.

  April 14, 2017 - (Disgorged in fall of 2016, 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir)
  Light yellow colour with a youthful nose showing minerals and red apples. Intense palate showing tutti-frutti and some oak with a long finish showing bitterness and fruitiness. This was feeling a bit odd for my taste, still interesting to try, showing a tone of raisins and Seville orange. Very different from other 2008s I have tried. Best 2018-2028.

  March 11, 2017 - On the palate therse is bread, citrus and a touch of grape amongst the red/yellow apples. The wine is well balanced with small bubbles, store at least 5 maybe 10 years for the wine to reach another level of richness. A 60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir. Price wordy!
