July 26, 2021 - Perhaps the best bottle of this that I've yet had; Gave it a good shake after opening to release the Co2, which was relatively light in this bottle; Still a healthy dose of barnyard but controlled here; A very meaty, savory Beaujolais; I wouldn't buy more of these but I'll probably at least drink the rest of this bottle

January 22, 2021 - Not pleasant; Funk on nose and had to shake this for a loooong time trying to release the dissolved gasses; Once sufficiently shaken it was just ok - soft profile, medium fruit; By day two it had devolved to straight buttered popcorn - dumped the rest of the bottle

November 5, 2020 - Unique taste, very earthy, mushrooms

June 17, 2020 - Very interesting and fairly complex. The appearance is fairly cloudy, and the nose is thick and vibrant with cranberry, raspberry, cherry and forest floor. Lots of flavor intensity on the palate. Juicy red fruits. Slight hint of funk on the medium+ lingering finish.

May 22, 2020 - A bit more on the dark fruit side for Bojo. Some brett, good balancing acidity. This is tasty and goes down fast.
