October 26, 2022 - Decent qpr although this was surprisingly tannic and dark. Atypical for pinot. Res fruit underneath but wouldn't call this sweet or overly fruity in any way. Good companion with food once it was open for a couple of days.

June 17, 2022 - Tasting after being open overnight. Really nice, definitely tending toward darker fruit with some herbal and forest floor characteristics. Well balanced. Might could use a bit of acid, but maybe that was there yesterday.

January 6, 2022 - Still a terrific Pinot Noir with time to develop. Would all Pinots taste this good!

(5/3/2020) Quite darkly colored and intensely flavored for an Oregon Pinot, almost like some I've tasted from the Russian River Valley and Fort Ross-Seaview AVA, though possessing less alcohol. Soft tannins in the finish. Composed of equal parts of Dijon 667, Pommard and Wädenswil clones, only 75 cases were made. Really nice and still has a ways to go.

January 18, 2021 - Pretty dark in color. Some candied fruit and berries. Great for $20.

December 4, 2020 - Really enjoyable pinot noir that looks and tastes more like California than Oregon. Great QPR at $20, which was part of a vertical, along with the '16 & '17. Lower in alcohol with a wonderful nose of raspberry and a clean acidic mid palate. The finish is very long and tastes like cherry cola. Loved it!
