October 26, 2020 - With dinner the black cherry flavors really emerged blending wonderfully with the spice. This is a nicely layered wine with a good mouthfeel and a long finish. Went great with spicy Chinese mapo tofu with lots of pork and spice.

August 15, 2017 - Surprising complexity for such a young wine; was not wild about the rest of ED's wines, but this one showed really nice; pleasant cherries and fruit on the nose; smooth mouthfeel with balanced oak
