March 25, 2024 - Continues to drink well with notes of dark fruit, cassis, leather and damp earth with hints of spice. Velvety mouthfeel with long finish.

December 26, 2023 - Drank with Christmas dinner. No decant, but could've used it. Nose is very leathery and earthy. Dark fruit on the palate, leather, some spice. Tannins mostly resolved. Still some oak showing. Long finish. Went well with the turkey and lasagna.

December 23, 2021 - Decanted about an hour. It's been 10+ years since I've popped this wine and it's drinking well. Dark, harmonious fruit with some oak, leather, earth. Really nice mouth feel with long finish. Paired well with seared tuna.

February 7, 2021 - 2+ hr decant, drunk over 3 hours. Leather, dark fruits, medium oak. Delicious, rich, succulent. Fell off a little in the final hour.
