    March 23, 2017 - Acidity and minerality is a bit awkward, fine tannins, low on fruit. This wine after 24hour open decant got much darker and acids balanced. Too much minerality, which I'm normally very attracted to. This is a good wine for a robust salmon dish, maybe Wellington style or with a pesto cream.

    84 after corking, 87 after 8-24hour decant
    I've tried this wine before and likened it to an 88-90 pt effort, I thought the fruit was more present, this bottle was not very interesting.
