Community Tasting Notes 2

September 27, 2019 - Hebe Wines 1st Open Door Wine Fair (Hebe HQ): This also has 5% Petit Verdot.
The wine feels dry and rather harsh, green and earthy, the palate is smoother, with low to medium acidity, a few balsamic notes, mild tannins, medium body and finish.

September 17, 2019 - Elegant Malbec (from old vines).
Deep garnet in colour, herbal nose.
    Some strawberry, plum notes.
Full bodied and fruity, extraordinarily well integrated and balanced.
A finesse that is frequently absent in this grape type.
    Already totally in its prime.
