September 3, 2023 - Very serious wine now !
Acidity is lacking to be a stunner ... It still stands as a very nice wine with white pepper on the nose, small vineyard peaches, menthol... herbes, it is full time mid palate, with concentration and just a short finish over acidity that fell ! Nice wine still ! ready to drink over 2/3 years I reckon -

September 8, 2020 - This was a little bit smelly on opening, a bit sewery. After a couple of minutes in the glass it showed acacia and other flower blossom. Slightly richer smell than I remember. Light bodied and broad, a touch of wax and bitter almond in the mouth. Quite low acid but just refreshing enough. Still a very good wine but doesn't have the zippy precision it had when fresher.

August 19, 2020 - Very pleasant. Pepper, flowers, some lanolin on those. Medium-bodied on the palate. Long finish.

October 18, 2019 - Acacia and white pepper. Very bright and floral. Light to medium body, very cool and subtle. Long refreshing finish. Excellent.
