October 9, 2018 - From the vino volo at the vancouver us terminal. Interesting flavor. It's a bit more of the honey style and def much less of the grassy and green flavors. More round and inviting. Touch of crisp almost like one of those crackling honey candies. I enjoyed it.

Clear Medium Lemon colour.
Clean. Medium intensity on the nose with aroma of Lime peel lemon white grapefruit and Granny Smith Apple. Developing.
Dry. High acid. Medium alcohol. Light body. Medium intensity with flavours of citrus and Apple touch of waxy texture from the Semillon. Still developing.
Medium finish. Good with potential. Very primary and highly acid at this point. Needs some sea food. -

July 11, 2018 - Lots of apples on the palate. Nose draws me towards Sebastien Riffaults white wines. Lots of biodynamicity. Good!
